alternative proteins’ supply chain: the True Price methodology.

6. Career breaks
Since June 2020, I have undertaken professional responsibilities within my family business in response to
financial constraints. This period required a partial reallocation of time from academic publishing, while
maintaining an ongoing commitment to research.

9. Research supervision and leadership experience
I supervised one master’s degree student in the family business. I had leadership experiences during my
mandate with the Young Scientist Group, where two colleagues and I needed to take the lead of our group
activities. Especially, I have continued and supported the Youth Action Track research, bringing its outputs
to the Sustainable Science Days conference in Helsinki (May 2023).
10. Teaching merits
Ongoing. Teaching activities within the PhD program. Providing seminars on my PhD research project to
bachelor’s and master’s degree students. I organize the lesson material together with a lecture and a
PowerPoint presentation.
2022-2023, Sustainability transition consultant, Latina (IT). My role was to hold seminars for the selected
employees to support the company in the sustainable transition. The employee got the final certificate
after passing the final exam. The main topics were waste management, energy efficiency, and ecological
products and processes that can be implemented in the company. I acquired competencies in
disseminating scientific content to a public audience.
