Eleonora Melandri

Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Architectural Restoration group at the University of Bologna, where she is also involved in teaching activities. She has recently completed her PhD with a dissertation on risk management of emergencies caused by extreme weather events for the safeguarding and protection of cultural heritage, with a particular focus on archaeological sites.

Her research focuses on these issues and, more broadly, on the protection of cultural heritage from risks related to climate change - topics on which she has been working on in the last years within European and National projects.
