The booking is automatically transmitted to my calendar, so there's no need to send me any further information about the scheduled slot, nor do you need to wait for additional confirmation from me. If you wish to cancel an appointment, you must do so at least 2 hours before it starts. If the cancellation is late or not made at all, it will not be possible to book a new appointment for the following two weeks.
