PhD candidate in the Department of Industrial Engineering at the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna (ING-IND/03 – Flight Mechanics), working on Guidance, Navigation and Control (GNC) for a pressurized lunar rover, in support of future Artemis human exploration missions. The project is part of Spoke 8 of the Space It Up! consortium, which brings together ASI, Thales Alenia Space, Telespazio and other industrial, academic and institutional partners.
Graduated in Aerospace Engineering, with experience in control systems, atmospheric flight dynamics and aerial vehicle performance analysis, with a particular interest in autonomous and unmanned systems for aerospace applications.

Research Experience
Conducted research at the German Aerospace Center (DLR), Institute of Aerodynamics and Flow Technology – Helicopters Department, Braunschweig, as part of his Master's thesis (April–October 2024), focusing on directional noise reduction of multirotor eVTOL through rotor phase shifting. He was responsible for flight mechanics and performance analysis, including system modeling and stability and efficiency assessment.

In March 2026 he received the Graduation Award for Academic Merit, conferred by the Alma Mater Studiorum.
