Short Bio

Associate professor at Bologna University since 2004, his research interest is Classical Analysis. In particular Special Functions: gamma, beta, digamma and polygamma,  hypergeometric functions, (Gauss Appell and Lauricella), Elliptic integrals. Definite integrals by means of special functions. Exact analytical solutions of differential equations and boundary value problems. Mathematical modeling with ordinary differential equations, economic dynamics and growth models, EOQ models for optimal inventory management, minimum cost models in production planning. 

Active in joint international research projects, collaborate with several scientific international journals and with the American Mathematical Society serving as a reviewer. Author of several publications on international journals. Editor in chief for Journal of Mathematical Sciences and Computational Mathematics, Editor for Statistica, Topic Editor for Symmetry Go to the Curriculum vitae
