Adjunct Professor since 2000, he works as a management consultant for private companies in various sectors and in the Public Administration.

Founding member of the company PDFOR Consulenza Direzionale Srl, which deals with projects and development of client companies in the areas of corporate management.

Expert in marketing and commercial planning and development activities, he teaches in the faculty of Bologna Business School, in the Marketing and Sales area.

Current research interests concern Key Account Management and the impact of CRM (Curstomer Relationship Management) on the company's organizational structure.
