He has 25 years of working experience in Tier-1 companies such as American Express, Citi, Banca del Lavoro, HSBC, Banco Hipotecario, among others. Former HR and QA Director. Since 2013 Cristian is partner of BSK, one of the Top Five global companies of Business Simulators. He also is Senior Consultant of The RBL Group.
At BSK, Cristian is responsible for Business in Latin America and responsible of Simulation Projects related to Leadership, Business Accumen, Agile Methodologies, Digital Transformation and Complex Sales. Postgraduate professor in Management and People Management, he won the award for best profesor in 2018 at Universidad Di Tella Busines School. More than 10,000 executives from global companies across the Americas, such as Citibank, BBVA, Carrefour, Walmart, J&J, Coca Cola, Danone, Bayer, McDonalds, have participated in his courses or talks. Cristian has a degree in Psychology and obtained an MBA and a postgraduate degree in HR from Idea Business School. He is a TEDx speaker in Argentina and author of the book "A wrong path". Provides motivational talks regarding leadership and borderline situations.
