Claudio Onorati

I am a postdoc fellow working in algebraic geometry and complex geometry. My research expertise is on the geometry of irreducible holomorphic symplectic manifolds (and their singular analog) and the geometry of moduli spaces of sheaves on smooth and projective varieties.

Before joining the University of Bologna I have been at the University of Milan, University of Rome "Tor Vergata" and University of Oslo. I spent short visiting periods at the MIT (Boston), the Riemann Centre for Geometry and Physics (Hannover,) the Mittag-Leffler Institute (Djursholm, Stockholm) and the Simons Centre for Geometry and Physics (Stony Brook, New York). I completed my PhD in 2018 at the University of Bath.
