My research focuses on traditional topics in legal philosophy with a specific interest in issues raised by new technologies (e.g. artificial intelligence). During my doctorate I studied the regulatory proposal to confer legal personality on artificial intelligence systems. During my post-doctorate I investigate the use of the notion of accountability in AI services and the concept of risk in European AI governance (e.g. AI Act).
My research interests include legal philosophy, political philosophy, social ontology, artificial intelligence, digital ethics, economic analysis of law, theory of justice, and metaethics.
