Assistant Professor (Tenure Track L 79/2022)at the University of Bologna, her main research activity is based on the study of dental biomaterials. In particular, the research activity is focused on the adhesion mechanism to tooth tissues and on the mechanical, optical and physical behavior of dental materials used in restorative dentistry, prosthetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry and endodontics.
She is actively enrolled in national and international research projects. Author of several papers on journals with impact factor.
