Chiara Vagnini

Chiara Vagnini is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Management, University of Bologna. Her research focuses on industrial decarbonization and decision-making processes in sustainable procurement, with particular attention to the role of cognitive biases.

She received her M.Sc. in Management Engineering, with honors, from the University of Bologna, during which she spent one semester at the Technical University of Berlin. She subsequently earned her Ph.D. in General Management from the University of Bologna, including a six-month research visit at INSEAD (Fontainebleau), where she collaborated with the Sustainable Business Initiative research group.

Since 2021, she has served as a Teaching Assistant for the Business Management course and is member of the Sustainability Transition Management Research Group, coordinated by Professors Matteo Mura and Mariolina Longo.
