Chiara Notarangelo is a PhD fellow in "Future Earth, Climate Change, and Societal Challenges", with a focus on benefits and costs of new solutions for hospital waste management (Department of Economics). Her interests goes from environmental decision-making, to behavioural economics, particularly in the role of miscommunication in shaping agents' choices.
She graduated in "Resource Economics and Sustainable development" with 110/110cum laude at the University of Bologna (Rimini Campus), with a thesis on the use of Contingent Valuation as a method to assess the impact of climate change (perceived by Italian professional beekeepers) on Apis mellifera.
Furthermore, she is the TA of the following courses for tha A.A 2022/2023:
