Chiara Montalti is a Post-Doc research fellow in Moral Philosophy, with a research project called Cripistemology: the disabled experience in the cultural fabric (supervisor: Prof. Roberto Brigati). Since 2025, she has served as an academic advisor for incoming students in the “Filosofia Zero” program, in the M-FIL/03 scientific-disciplinary field. She is the co-coordinator of the module Hacking disability within the Post-graduate Program in Gender Studies and Policitc at Roma Tre University. She received her PhD in 2022 from the Universities of Florence and Pisa, with a dissertation in Moral Philosoph. Her main research interests are represented by Disability Studies, intersecting them with feminist theory, gender studies, posthuman knowledge, queer theory.
