Tenure-track researcher in sociology and science and technology studies.
After obtaining her PhD in Political and Social Sciences from the University of Turin in 2016, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher for the Centre national de la recherche scientifique (CNRS) in Tunis from 2017 to 2018, and at the University of Vienna from 2018 to 2020. From 2020 to 2023, she worked as a research fellow on the ERC project "Processing Citizenship" (PI Prof. A. Pelizza) at the Department of Philosophy and Communication, University of Bologna. In 2024, she was a research fellow at the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa.
Her research interests concern the role of digital technologies in organizational dynamics, with particular attention to security, migration, and the environment in the context of European integration and transnational organizations. She has also worked on North African authoritarian regimes, analyzing security issues, governance, and waste management involving local and transnational actors.
