Curriculum vitae

Graduated in Communication Science at Bologna University, she got a specialization cum laude at Economics School - Graduate degree in Innovation and Organization of Culture and Arts. In 2008 she founded Articolture, an independent production company, of which she is legal representative together with Ivan Olgiati. They strengthened the film branch of the company from the self-production of short films to international co-productions of features and documentaries, distributed locally and abroad.

Over the years she has widened managerial skills in the cultural field, in public and private frameworks. In the film industry, she plays as a creative producer, deals with her projects’ internationalization strategies, and specializes in impact-producing, an approach devoted to the creation of broader socio-cultural impacts through film production.

A member of the European Film Academy, EAVE graduate, selected for the RotterdamLab (2022), the Biennale College Cinema (2018) and the MAIA Workshop (2016), since 2010 she has produced: Valentina and the MUOSters (Doc, CH/ITA 2024, 80’) by Francesca Scalisi [Vision du Réel (Special Jury Prize), DOK Leipzig (FIPRESCI Award), IDFA and Festival dei Popoli (CGHV Distribution Award)]; Father (ITA 2024, 15’) by Michele Gallone (Alice nella Città – Rome IFF 2024); Her Second Chance (ITA 2023, 85’) by Vito Palmieri (BIF&ST 2023, Shanghai IFF 2024), distributed both in theatres and Italian prisons; ITALIA. Fire and ashes (Doc, ITA/FRA 2021, 94') by Céline Gailleurd and Olivier Bohler, starring Isabella Rossellini and Fanny Ardant (Turin Film Festival 2021); Journey into the twilight (Doc, FRA/ITA 2021, 104',) by Augusto Contento, (Out of Competition at the 78th Venice Film Festival, IFFR 2022 and finalist at the Nastri d'Argento 2022); The Lamb by Mario Piredda (Alice nella Città, Moscow, Istanbul 2019, Annécy Festival 2020 winner, awarded with the 2021 Italian Golden Globe as Best Debut Actress for Nora Stassi and finalist for Best Debut Film, lately released on Netflix Europe); Zen in the ice rift by Margherita Ferri, the Italian project supported by Biennale College Cinema 2017/18, premiered at Mostra del Cinema di Venezia 2018, shortlisted as the best emerging director at Nastri d’Argento, awarded with an honorable mention at Frameline San Francisco as Best debut; A casa mia (ITA 2016, 15’) by Mario Piredda, David di Donatello award as best Italian short-movie 2017). In previous films produced by Articolture – Faithful to the line (Germano Maccioni, 2013, doc), The Asteroids by Germano Maccioni (Locarno Film Festival official selection 2017) – she was in charge of creative development and communication strategies.

In parallel with her business, she carries on in-depth studies about cultural economics, collaborating with many public and private institutions, as speaker and author. Since 2014, she has been giving lectures-tutoring on management, communication and production in the cultural and film industries. Since 2022 she has been teaching at the new Master in Film Production at the Department of Arts, University of Bologna. She lately released a paper about impact producing on Economia della Cultura academic journal (June 2025).
