EDUCATION
She obtained a Master’s Degree (Laurea Specialistica) in Business Administration from the University of Bologna in 2006.
In 2016, she completed the Executive Master in Corporate Finance & Banking at SDA Bocconi School of Management.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
After several years of professional experience in an M&A boutique belonging to an international network and specialized in cross-border transactions, she joined a consulting firm where she developed solid expertise in corporate finance, contributing to the firm’s growth and later leading the Restructuring & Debt Advisory division.
She currently serves as Managing Partner of an Independent Advisory Firm that supports companies, groups, entrepreneurial families and investment funds in extraordinary finance transactions, while also assisting them in strategy definition, achievement of business objectives, and long-term value creation.
