Chenjie Wen

Her research mainly focuses on the socio-spatial transformation of historic districts in contemporary China. It contributes to ongoing debates on gentrification by situating Western theoretical frameworks within the institutional, cultural, and platform-driven dynamics of Chinese urban redevelopment.
