My research investigates the narratives on colonialism within the cultral production made by Portuguese antiregime groups (students, intellectuals and artists) in Portugal and within the Portuguese diaspora in France. The research focuses on "marcelismo", the final phase of the Estado Novo dictatorship (1968-1974), a period marked by the government of Marcelo Caetano.
