Brunella Morandi

Associate Professor and tree ecophysiology lecturer at the University of Bologna.

My research focuses on the effects of the environment on fruit tree physiology with the aim to develop new strategies to improve water use efficiency, while maintaining production quality and yields, in conditions of water scarcity and climate change. Currently involved in national and international projects addressing issues related to sustainable fruit production and efficient water use.

Chair of COST Action CA21142 "FruitCREWS" (2022-2026) and coordinator of the PRIMA Project "DREAM" (2022-2026).
