Bogdana Paskaleva Paskaleva

Bogdana Paskaleva is an associate professor at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Bulgaria, where she teaches Classical Literature and Comparative History of Western Literatures. Her academic interests include literary theory and history, particularly the literature of the Classical period (Greek and Latin) and the Italian Renaissance, as well as the problems of the visual and literary image. She is the author of a monograph on Ovid’s Metamorphoses (2022). In the academic year 2025/2026, she is an exchange lecturer in Bulgarian language and culture at the University of Bologna, DIT, Forlì Campus.
