Bianca La Manna is a PhD Student in Cultural Heritage for the Digital Domain.
The goal of her reseaerch is to create a semantic repository for the digital recontextualization of the museum cultural heritage through Linked Open Data (LOD), with a focus on the semantic modelling of the iconographical and textual representation of mythology and their interpretations.
Formerly, she collaborated with the University of Genoa and the Storia Patria Foundation after winning a research grant for the project "NLP per i Big Data del passato" for the semantic enrichment of the existent database and the automatic extraction of entities fron notarial deeds in Medieval Latin; previously, she was research rellowship at the /DH.arc.
She holds a Master's Degree in Digital Humanities and Digital Knolwedge.
