During his professional career he has held the Head of Finance position at Ber Banca; Head of Asset Management Services of Banca di Bologna; and Head of Portfolio owned by Carisbo.
He also covered the position as Adjunct Professor (Prof. a Contratto) in Financial Intermediation (evening course) at the Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Bologna.
He has also been disseminating the principles of technical analysis at the University of Bologna since the 1990’s.
Lecturer in many professional courses on the usege of technical analysis, author and coauthor of academic texts and journal articles.
He has also been member of the Board of Directors of ASSIOM (Associazione Italiana Operatori Mercati dei Capitali) and was the Editor of the magazine, "Lettera Assiom".
