Academic career

 
Free contract professor of Palliative Care, at the University "Alma Mater Studiorum" of Bologna, Campus of Ravenna, Campus of Faenza (Ra), Degree Course in Nursing, academic year 2023/2024. Nursing laboratory tutor in the surgical area at the University "Alma Mater Studiorum" of Bologna, Ravenna Campus, Faenza (Ra) campus, Degree Course in Nursing, in the academic years 2020/2021 and 2021/2022.


Training

 
Graduated in Nursing at the University G. D'Annunzio of Chieti-Pescara. She immediately developed interest in the training field in the emergency-urgency area, earning a first level master's degree in critical area and emergency in the nursing field, and developing a thesis on narrative nursing in the intensive field. Subsequently, the achievement of the master's degree in Nursing and Obstetrics at the G. D'Annunzio University intensified a pre-existing interest in the management and healthcare organizations. Consistently with the existing training course, he obtained a first level master's degree in Management for coordination functions in the field of health professions. Currently enrolled in the second level master's degree in Operating Room Management at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome, a training course that perfectly combines the interest in the emergency/urgency field with that of management in the health sector.



Professional career

The professional activity is mainly carried out in the surgical area, with regards to the operative procedure. She developed skills in the surgical field in the roles envisaged by the operating team as an instrument nurse, room nurse and anesthesia nurse on various surgical specialties at the Local Health Authority of Romagna, Santa Maria delle Croci Hospital in Ravenna. From September 2023, Assignment of Organizational Function with coordination for healthcare personnel at the Multi-specialist Operating Block of Cesena.
