Antonio Jerry Palma

Antonio J. Palma is an Associate Professor of Public International Law at the Department of Political and Social Sciences of the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna. After obtaining his Ph.D. in “Public, comparative and international law”, CV “International legal order and human rights” at the Department of Political Sciences of the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, he was research fellow at the University LUISS “Guido Carli” of Rome and at the University of Bari “Aldo Moro”. His scientific publications include two monographs named: «Gli stati di eccezione nel diritto internazionale. Dalle garanzie giudiziarie minime all’equo processo» (States of Exception in International Law. From Minimum Judicial Guarantees to the Right to a Fair Trial, 2018) and «La natura degli atti finali dei vertici internazionali» (The Nature of International Summits Final Acts, 2024).
