Antonio Rossi

• was born in Cesena (FC), June 27th 1963;
• obtained classical education at the secondary school "Luigi Galvani" in Bologna, in school year 1981-1982 with a score of 50/60;
• graduated cum laude in Law in the academic year 1985-1986 with a degree thesis in bankruptcy law, entitled "Bankruptcy and employment contracts", rapporter the Professor Alberto Maffei Alberti;
• attended the fifth cycle of the Phd in business law at the Bocconi Business University of Milan, with a thesis entitled "The GEIE into Italian Law" and achieving the license of research doctor;
• was a researcher of business law in Faculty of Law, University of Bologna, from 1994 to 2001; he's an associate professor of business law from the first October 2001 at the Faculty of Law of University of Bologna.
• Research themes:
• manager's liability of limited companies;
• the dissolution and liquidation of limited companies;  
• the fallibility of entrepreneur;
• the conservation value of the company in liquidation proceedings.
