Annalisa Pagliotta is a PhD student in Astrophysics at the Department of Physics and Astronomy (DiFA), University of Bologna. Her research focuses on extragalactic astrophysics, specifically the study of magnetic fields in galaxy clusters and proto-clusters through radio observations in total intensity and polarization.
After earning both her Bachelor's degree in Astronomy and her Master’s degree in Astrophysics and Cosmology at the University of Bologna, she started her PhD in 2024 under the supervision of Prof. Annalisa Bonafede.
She is also actively involved in science outreach, organizing events and guided observations at the “Max Valier” Observatory in collaboration with the Movimento Universitario Altoatesino of Bolzano.
