Anna Pau

Postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Legal Studies of the University of Bologna since January 2024, she obtained her PhD from the University of Pisa. She conducts her research in the disciplinary field of European Union law, with a particular focus on the Union's external relations, especially the principle of consistency and respect for and promotion of international law. He has also published on topics such as energy security, restrictive measures, solidarity, and EU diplomacy. During her doctoral studies, she was part of two Jean Monnet research projects (EUDIPLO and EUCTER) as a team member at the University of Pisa. She obtained her master's degree in 2019 from the University of Siena, with a thesis in public international law. Go to the Curriculum vitae
