My primary research interests focus on the investigation of the neural correlates of voluntary and self-generated actions within the context of perceptual decision-making. To this end, I adopt an integrated approach, employing techniques from cognitive neuroscience such as EEG (including analyses of neural oscillations and event-related potentials), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and behavioral paradigms. I also draw on computational neuroscience approaches, using advanced mathematical models for the analysis and interpretation of behavioral and electrophysiological data.
