Following the completion of her Ph.D. in 2016, Anna worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Bologna, focusing on activities related to the development of processes for the production of electrospun scaffolds and composite polymeric materials. Her work included the synthesis of conductive coatings, the conjugation of biomolecules on electrospun materials, polymer characterization, and the investigation of the chemical structure-property correlations of polymers. In 2021, Anna Liguori was awarded in the H2020-MSCA-IF-2020 call with the project "SUSTAINABLE - Library of inedited bio-based multicomponent resins for the 3D-printing of self-healing, recyclable thermosets." In the biennium 2021-2023, Anna conducted research activities as a Marie Curie Individual Fellow in the group led by Professor Minna Hakkarainen at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm. In 2023, Anna obtained national scientific qualification for the position of Associate Professor in the disciplinary sector CHIM/04.
