ADJUNCT PROFESSOR of LITERATURE AND RHETORIC (MA level). I held a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship for the PRIN project "Books of Science. Vernacular Mathematics and Medicine Books". I was also a Postdoctoral Researcher (2018–2020) and subsequently an Associate Fellow (2020–2024) at the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Neo-Latin Studies in Innsbruck. Additionally, I was a Frances Yates Short-Term Fellow at the Warburg Institute in London and a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Herzog August Bibliothek in Wolfenbüttel. In 2025, my book "Le prime stelle di Dante: astronomia e astrologia fra Vita Nova e Convivio" was awarded the Pier delle Vigne Prize (awarded by the Municipality of Pontremoli and the Dante Hypermedia Laboratory at the University of Pisa) and the "Manlio Pastore Stocchi" Prize (for the best book of literary criticism published in the 2023–2025 biennium, awarded by the Fondazione Cassamarca in Treviso). In 2026, I was awarded the Nickerson Travel Grant by the Osler Library (McGill University, Montreal) to study the fifteenth-century vernacular translation of Celsus's De medicina.
