Curriculum vitae

Librarian at the University of Ferrara since 2005 and expert on the M-STO/08 disciplines (Archivistics, Bibliography and Librarianship) at the University of Bologna since 2021. Her scientific and professional interests concern especially the management of special collections, with particular reference to academic libraries. In recent years she also has been working on the contribution offered by libraries to the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda.

 

Education

Graduated in Classical Literatures at the University of Bologna in 2003, at the same University in 2022 she earned a PhD in Literary and Philological Cultures, with a thesis on impact assessment of enhancing cultural heritage and special collections in university libraries. She also obtained the first level university masters in Restoration and characterization of manuscripts and printed books in the "ancien régime typographique" (University of Bologna, 2006) and in Cultural management (University of Ferrara, 2016).

 

Membership in scientific and editorial committees

Since 2018: member of the editorial board of the international academic journal "TECA".

Since 2019: member of the Research Center in Bibliography of the University of Bologna (CERB).

 

Networks and affiliations

Member of the Italian Library Association (AIB) since 2003, she is part of the Regional Executive Committee of Emilia-Romagna in 2020-2023. Since 2018 she is also a member of the Italian Association of Conservators and Restorers of Archives and Libraries (AICRAB).
