Angela Russo is a research fellow at the University of Bologna in Work and Organizational Psychology. She completed her PhD with a thesis on career sustainability.
She is a member of many scientific societies, including IAPP, EAWOP, ACBS. She recently received the “2024 Early Career Researcher Award from ESVDC”.
She contributes to international research groups and serves as an editorial board member and reviewer for various international journals.
Her research focuses on three areas: (1) analyzing the individual, organizational, and social factors that facilitate or hinder career sustainability, (2) developing and validating quantitative and qualitative tools for assessing psychological resources that influence career trajectories, and (3) designing, implementing, and evaluating interventions aimed at promoting the development of sustainable career paths and successful, active aging in the workplace.
