He hold a Master’s degree in Business Management, graduating with honors in 2022. From 2022 to 2025, he was a PhD candidate in Innovative Technologies and Sustainable Use of Fisheries and Biological Resources of the Mediterranean Sea, supported by a scholarship on the socio-economic aspects of marine resource sustainability. The PhD dissertation, entitled “Ecosystem Services Valuation and Fisheries Economics to Inform Marine Spatial Planning”, investigates the role of ecosystem services valuation and fisheries economics in supporting marine spatial planning.
In 2024, he spent six months as a visiting PhD student at AZTI (Pasaia, Spain).
The research activity focuses on ecosystem services valuation, fisheries economics, sustainable marine aquaculture, and marine protected areas.
