Andrea Morrone

Andrea Morrone is full professor of Constitutional Law. He is Director of PhD in Legal Science, past Secretary and Member of the Italian Association of the professors of Constitutional Law, Member of the Association of Constitutional Law of Argentina, Member of the Italian Association of the Ibero-American Institute of Constitutional Law. He is co-director of Quaderni costituzionali - The Italian Journal of Constitutional Law, Federalismo fiscale (Fiscal federalism), Istituzioni del Federalismo (Federalism Institution), and “Red de Revistas de Derecho Constitucional”. He is Author of more them 240 publications, and, in particular, of these books: Il custode della ragionevolezza, La Repubblica dei referendum, Il diritto regionale nella giurisprudenza, Il diritto costituzionale nella giurisprudenza, Il bilanciamento nello stato costituzionale, La Costituzione finanziaria.
