Andrea Lassandari

Full professor of labour law at the University of Bologna since 2016, his main research interests are: collective bargaining; trade union representation and the right to strike; antidiscrimination law and discriminatory dismissal; legislation on job matching and mediation; non-standard employment contracts, specifically apprenticeship; health and safety regulation, responsibility of the employer and workers’ compensation.

He is taking part in national and international research projects.

Since 2016 he is in the editorial board of the Rivista giuridica del lavoro e della previdenza sociale; since 2017 he is among the editorial coordinators of Lavoro e diritto.
