He was born in Loreto, province of Ancona, 10th
october 1962.
He qualified at liceo ginnasio C. Rinaldini in Ancona in 1981 and
took Law's degree at Bologna Law Faculty 26th june 1986, under the
supervision of Professor Giorgio Ghezzi, with a labour law
dissertation, with topic L'assunzione del lavoratore su
richiesta nominativa (concerning the rules about employee
engagement).
After obligatory civil service, finished in January 1989, he
collaborated with trade unions' research organizations and, since
1991, with labour law Chairs, at the Law Faculty of Bologna
University.
He took Labour Law's Ph.d. 9th october 1996, under the
supervision of Professor Marco Biagi, with the
dissertation Considerazioni sul contratto collettivo
aziendale. Fattispecie, efficacia, dissenso (concerning the
shop collective bargaining).
Legal
advisor on labour market for public organizations since
1993 to 2014. Solicitor since 1994.
