Lawyer in the Cassation - Adjunct Professor of Criminal Law. In the forensic field he deals mainly (in the judiciary and consultancy) with Corporate, economic, ad public administration Criminal Law, prevention measures and health responsibility. Author of several publications on the subject of Criminal Law, of which two monographs. He has held reports at various scientific conferences, and is a member of the Commission for substantive criminal law established at the Council of the Bar Association of Rome. He received his PhD in Law and Criminal Process from the University of Macerata. He has taught in various Italian universities.
