Research Fellow at the University of Bologna since 2024, focuses on studies in the field of Cultural and Creative Industries, primarily concentrating on the development of creative content and its productive frameworks. Currently, his research work is centered on narrative design and the creation of narrative worlds.

Education
Graduated in Social Communication from Unisinos (BR) in 2008, he obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Strategic Design in 2012 and a Ph.D. in Design in 2018.

Academic Career
Since 2010, he embarked on his teaching career at the University Unisinos, assuming increasing academic responsibilities such as Adjunct Professor and Department Supervisor at Feevale University in Novo Hamburgo, Brazil, from July 2012 to October 2021. In Italy, his academic experience includes roles such as Academic Quality Affairs at the Istituto Lorenzo de Medici in Florence and adjunct professor at NABA - Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan. Currently, he works as a Research Fellow at the Department of Design and the Research Center on Cultural and Creative Industries at the University of Bologna.

Teaching Activities
Since 2010, he has been consistently engaged in teaching various courses for undergraduate and graduate degrees in communication, design, and applied arts.

Scientific Activities
Participated in numerous national and international research programs, including "The process of consolidating creative industries at Rio Grande do Sul State" (Feevale, BR, 2015-2019) and the "Digital Artifacts Lab" (Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, BR, 2014 – 2018). His experience also includes periods as a Visiting Researcher at Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic, from July 2017 to December 2017.

Institutional Activities and Academic Roles
Coordinated the Creative Industries Laboratory at Feevale University (2016-2019) and the undergraduate/master's programs in Games, Filmmaking, Animation, and Graphic Design at the same university from 2019 to 2021. He embarked on an international journey with roles as an International Volunteer at University College London (UK, 2021) and Visiting Professor at HAMK - Häme University of Applied Sciences (Finland, 2019). He also contributed to event organization at the University of Murcia in Murcia (Spain, 2019) and participated in an International Partnership Mission at the Arts University of Bournemouth (UK, 2014).

Membership in Scientific and Editorial Committees
Served as a reviewer for scientific publications such as PRÂKSIS (Feevale, 2019 – 2021) and DIID (Unibo, 2024). Since 2023, he has been a member of the International Scientific Committee for the establishment of the World Alliance for Microcredentials.

 Has gained extensive professional experience in various sectors, including roles as Creative Department Manager at Record TV (Porto Alegre, Brazil) and Marketing and Design Mentor at Feevale Techpark (Novo Hamburgo, Brazil). Furthermore, he expanded his international experience as a consultant for European projects at Learningdigital SRL in Florence, Italy. Lastly, he has pursued a continued career as an Independent Filmmaker since February 2004.
