Alice Fedotova

Research fellow at the Department of Interpretation and Translation, as part of the project "EPTIC and beyond: Enlargement and curation of complex multilingual corpora."

In 2023, I graduated in Translation and Technology from the University of Bologna (DIT) with a thesis on automated content analysis for the study of audiovisual products, implementing and comparing multimodal and unimodal deep learning models.

My research interests are in the areas of computational linguistics, language resource management, and text data mining. As part of the project "EPTIC and beyond", I am also working on speech recognition systems and intermodal corpora with a focus on their oral component.
