Alice Bordignon

Short Bio

Alice Bordignon is a research fellow at the Department of Classical Philology and Italian Studies (FICLIT) at the University of Bologna. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History and a Master's degree in Digital Humanities. She is currently involved in the PNRR CHANGES / Spoke 4 (Virtual Technologies for Museum and Art Collections) project. She is specialised in 3D digitisation for cultural heritage, specifically: 3D reality-based acquisition using photogrammetry, structured-light scanners, and laser scanning technologies; the use of 3D modelling and computer graphics software for processing, refinement, and web optimisation of 3D digitised cultural heritage data. She is also involved in the development and application of digitisation methodologies compliant with FAIR principles, interactive applications and digital storytelling for cultural heritage valorisation, and the conduct of scientific analytical studies on artefacts supported by digital documentation.
