Alice Bordignon is a Research Fellow at the Department of Classical Philology and Italian Studies (FICLIT) of the University of Bologna. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art History and a Master’s degree in Digital Humanities. During the PNRR CHANGES project / Spoke 4 (Virtual Technologies for Museum and Art Collections), she specialized in 3D digitization for cultural heritage. Within the VIDILAB, her activities focus on reality-based 3D acquisition using photogrammetry, structured light scanning, and laser scanning technologies. She is also skilled in using 3D modeling and computer graphics software to process, finalize, and optimize 3D digitized cultural heritage data for web deployment. Furthermore, she contributes to developing and implementing digitization methodologies compliant with the FAIR principles; creating and assessing the impact of interactive applications and digital storytelling for cultural heritage valorization; and conducting analytical studies on digitized artifacts and environments through scientific and computing tools.
