Alex Pasquali is a DRIM (Doctorate in Robotics and Intelligent Machines) candidate affiliated with the University of Bologna, Italy. He completed his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Automation Engineering from the same university in 2020 and 2022, respectively. Alex's research focuses primarily on learning techniques and model-free optimization methods in robotics. His expertise lies in the manipulation of both deformable objects, such as cables within the REMODEL project, and rigid objects. Additionally, he is involved in developing shared control systems between humans and robots. Alex's contributions in these areas aim to enhance the perception, manipulation, and overall performance of robotic systems.
