Alex Lando

PhD student in Health, Safety and Green Systems at Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna since 2024, conducting research in the field of Rehabilitation Sciences. Research interests focus on neurorehabilitation, with particular interests in enriched-environment interventions in acute stroke care, muscle synergy analysis in individuals with spinal cord injury, and the integration of advanced technologies (e.g., virtual reality, robotics, surface EMG) into motor recovery pathways. He is also involved in meta-research on the quality of statistical reporting in clinical trials in rehabilitation.

From 2019 to 2024, he worked as a physiotherapist in the field of neurorehabilitation at IRCCS San Camillo Hospital (Venice) and at the University Hospital of Padua.
