Academic Career
I began my PhD in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Bologna in 2014, focusing on distributed systems, pervasive computing, edge computing and cloud computing. I expanded my research scope through international fellowships as a Visiting PhD Candidate at both Sorbonne University in Paris and Mid-Sweden University in Sundsvall.
Between 2017 and 2018, I was Research Engineer at Sorbonne University in Paris.
Teaching Activities
Currently I'm academic tutor for the Operating Systems course in Computer Engineering and for the Industrial Informatics course in Mechatronics at University of Bologna.
In 2024 I was academic tutor for the Programming course in Computer Science at University of Bologna.
Scientific Activities
My research activity mainly focused on the area of distributed systems, edge computing, and cloud computing, where I participated to EU projects and I published several papers in international conferences and journals.
2017-2018 - Research Engineer at Sorbonne University in Paris in 2017 and 2018.
2016 - Visiting PhD candidate at Sorbonne University in Paris in 2016.
2016 - Visiting PhD candidate at Mid-Sweden University in Sundsvall in 2016.
2015 - I participated to EU project Mobile Cloud Networking related to outline an adaptive mobile-cloud orchestration mechanism to deliver services and a dynamic management implementation of the services state migration.
