Alessandro Simoni

Associate professor at the University of Bologna since 2014, his research activities focus on natural slopes and stability problems that are investigated through experimental field surveys and monitoring. Currently he also uses remote sensing and, in particular, satellite radar interferometry (InSAR) for the analysis of surface deformation phenomena.
Engaged in national and international research projects and in privately funded research projects, he publishes the results in international journals. Go to the Curriculum vitae
