Alessandro Amoroso is Associate Professor at the the University
of Bologna. He is member of the Department of Computer Science
since 1994, and he got his laurea degree in Physics at the same
university in 1987. His main research areas are:
- distributed and dependable systems(and their security
aspects);
- mobile devices;
- multimedia systems;
- wireless environments.
He participated to several scientific projects of National
Research Council (CNR), National Energy Board (ENEA) and National
Science Fundation (NSF) at University of California in San Diego
(UCSD).
