- Research fellow in Civil Law at the University of Bologna;
- Temporary Research Fellow in Civil Law at the University of Bologna, Research field: trust; health protection, fundamental rights and tort law; “Children and Mass media”;
- 2004: PhD in Contract Law with a thesis on the so-called “Relational contracts”, at University Ca’ Foscari, Venice (Italy). During my PhD I spent 3 months at King’s College, London;
- 2000/2001: post-doc biennial scholarship in Civil Law on voluntary organizations and foundations;
TEACHING and DISSEMINATION ACTIVITY
- Lecturer at seminars, within the framework of Private Law activities of the University of Bologna and of the University of Bolzano (Contract Law, Tort Law and Family Law)
- Lecturer at several national and international seminars and meetings and master’s courses;
- Author of various publications, mainly on Family Law, Contract law and Tort law
