PhD student and Research Fellow at the Department of Psychology, University of Bologna. Member of the Human Factors, Risk and Safety research group (https://site.unibo.it/hfrs/en ).
Scientific interests: Psychometrics and assessment, human–robot collaboration, digital transformation and technological change, human factors, cognitive workload, safety and risk management, and the psychological implications of AI-integrated work.
Work experience: Over 10 years of experience in psychometrics, test development, talent assessment, organisational research and HR consulting.
Currently involved in:
- ProMentorHR (PRIN), focusing on the development and validation of a cognitive workload assessment tool for human–robot collaborative and cooperative assembly systems.
- Digi-B-Well (Interreg Central Europe), a project aimed at supporting SMEs, public authorities and academic institutions in assessing digital maturity and promoting digital well-being through evidence-based tools and guidance.
