Alberto Miraglia is a PhD Candidate in Political Science at the University of Bologna, Department of Political and Social Sciences.
His research focuses on studying the foreign policy ideology of far-right parties in Europe, through the employment of a mixed-methods research design and a comparative approach. His research interests concern Political Parties, Populism, the Far-Right, Foreign Policy and European Affairs.
He holds a Master's Degree in International Public Management from Sciences Po Paris, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Program in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, from LUISS University.
Before joining the University of Bologna as a PhD Candidate, he worked in international institutions such as the OECD in Paris and the European Parliament in Brussels, and as an officer of the Italian Civil Service in Tbilisi, Georgia, in the context of a humanitarian project on social inclusion.
