Training
Graduated with a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology Taxila, Pakistan, in 2017, he obtained a MS in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Applied Mechanics and Design in 2019.
Academic career
He joined the Sino-Pak Center for Artificial Intelligence (SPCAI), PAF-IAST, as an Assistant Engineer/Junior Researcher (2020–2023). From 2023-2024, he served as a Lecturer/Research Engineer at the University of Wah, Department of Mechatronics Engineering. Since February 2024, he has been a Lecturer/Research Engineer at Air University, Islamabad, affiliated with the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Institute of Avionics & Aeronautics (IAA).
Educational activities
Since 2017 he has been continuously teaching various courses for Bachelor's Degree.
In the period 2020-2023, he worked as an Assistant Engineer/Junior Researcher in SPCAI, PAF-IAST, and taught Engineering Drawing and Thermodynamic courses.
From 2023 to 2024, he taught Artificial Intelligence, Control Systems-I, and Actuating Systems at the University of Wah, Department of Mechatronics Engineering. He incorporated project-based learning and interactive discussions to enhance student engagement and supervised six undergraduate final-year research projects, such as “SmartSizing: AI-Enabled Body Measurement Systems” and “IoT-Driven Smart Helmets for Motorbike Safety”.
Since 2024 at Air University, Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, he is responsible for teaching Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning with Applications, and Control Systems. He supervises final-year undergraduate projects, including “AI-based crack detection systems”, “computer vision-driven path planning”, and “piezoelectric energy harvesting research”. Additionally, he contributes to research article writing and project grant applications to secure academic funding.
