Agostino Carbone is a scholar interested in psychological and educational processes and the phenomena of emotional symbolization of the context. He holds a Phd from the Doctoral School of Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences of the University of Naples Federico II and an MSc in International Health Policy from the London School of Economics (LSE). He has been a visiting fellow at the University of Miami and the CPEC of the LSE. He carries out research and organizational consultancy for various national and supranational bodies, including the European Commission. He currently works at the Ministry of Education and Merit - PNRR Mission Unit - within which he deals with the implementation of the extraordinary intervention aimed at contrasting national school dropouts in first and second grade secondary schools. In 2022 he was awarded a Formal Commendation by the Minister of Education Prof. Patrizio Bianchi for the commendable service provided to the Ministry.
